Maintenance
Before using your new ceramic baking dish, wash it thoroughly in warm soapy water using a soft cloth or sponge. Dry completely.Never use a metal scouring pad, abrasive or oven cleaners. In order not to pierce the non-stick coating, never cut anything in the baking dish. This baking dish should never be used directly on a stovetop heating element. 

This dish is oven safe up to a temperature of 428F / 220C.
To avoid the risk of burns, use potholders or oven gloves to remove the dish from the oven.This dish is fridge/freezer safe. Avoid extreme temperature variations as thermal shock can crack the baking dish. The baking dish taken directly from the freezer or refrigerator should never be put into an already hot oven. Therefore, the hot dish taken directly from the oven should never be put in the refrigerator or freezer. Always allow the baking dish to cool to room temperature.Always lift the baking dish. Do not slide the dish on the plate, the counter or the top of a table.
Never place the hot baking dish directly on the counter or on unprotected surfaces.
Handle with Care. The baking dish could be damaged if it falls on a hard surface.
Always allow the dish to cool after use, especially for cleaning.

Goes in the dishwasher. Note that the sheen of the coating may dull and discolor due to the action of some detergents. Starfrit's warranty does not cover this type of wear since the performance of the cookware is not affected.
