Prairie Mills Self-Rising Flour is a double-sifted, white bleached, flour used in all types of baking of pastries and confectionaries such as pies, cakes, some light breads, and candy. This flour can also be used as a thickening agent in sauces and gravies as well as a non-sticking agent in baking. The self-rising leavening in this flour makes baked goods rise faster and creates a lighter texture.
Dried, bleached wheat flour with natural flavor and aroma. This product is processed and packaged under modern, food-grade sanitary conditions. Product complies with the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act as amended.
