How Do I Use the Broiler/Grill Mode?

Place food to be grilled on the included Wire Rack and place Wire Rack on Glass Tray. An oven-safe dish can be placed underneath the Wire Rack to catch oil drippings from foods. Press Grill, set the time and start the oven. If needed, the food being grilled can be turned over after half the grilling time has elapsed. When the oven door is opened, the program is interrupted. Carefully take out Wire Rack using oven mitts, turn the food over, and place it back into oven. Close the door and restart oven. While grilling, the oven door can be opened at any time to check the food. And remember to remove the Wire Rack when you want to return to microwave cooking!
