What's included in this set? 8" frypan 10" frypan 12" frypan. Hard-anodized aluminum provides quick heating capabilities and evenly distributes across the pan while providing resistance to abrasion. Also includes the added feature of using PFOA-free Teflon platinum nonstick coating.

Oven safe up to 450°F (232°C); Suitable for use on gas, electric and ceramic glass stovetops; These pans are NOT suitable for induction cooktops.

Cleaning Before first use: Handwash your pans in warm, soapy water. After cooking: Allow your pans to cool down completely before running cold water (to avoid warping your pans!). Once the pans are cool, clean the interior of the pans with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive dishcloth or sponge. Dry with a soft towel.
