Easily install your shed in 6-8 hours with the ready-to-assemble DIY kit that comes with 2x4 EZ frame construction and polycarbonate roof. The DIY kit comes with pre-cut wood materials, a complete floor system, a complete roof system, fasteners, a handle, and detailed instructions to build your shed. With pre-primed siding, all that’s left to do after assembly is paint it and caulk the joints to waterproof it. When deciding where to put your shed, choose a spot on high ground where water won't pool and make sure the site is level within 6 inches. Before purchasing a shed, check with your local municipality and/or homeowners association to determine what permits and permissions are required.

What to Expect if Installation is Purchased

A few days after purchase, Handy Home Products will reach out to you to schedule your installation. Lead times are 3-6 weeks, and the installation takes 6-10 hours. Within 30 days after the installation, you will need to paint and caulk the shed to waterproof it. When deciding where to put your shed, choose a spot on high ground where water won't pool and allows for 3 ft. of clearance on all sides for room to paint. Before installation, the build site needs to be free from trees, shrubs, limbs, or other debris and level within 6 inches. Your installer will level up to 6 inches at no additional charge. Additional charges will apply if your site is out of level by 6 inches but is under 18 inches. Additionally, you’ll need to provide access to electricity within 150 feet of the unit, as well as 3-foot minimum unobstructed access for installers to carry your materials to the building site.
